players falling off my board

Based on a couple of different things that have came up this week I would take a couple of guys completely off my board...

Zach Mettenberger... you can't stop smoking pot for long enough to take a drug test you knew about? You're off my draft board. With all the previous off the field issues you've had and then this, plus the ACL stuff, and the fact that you were a 3rd-4th round grade on my board anyway. Now you're off.

Bradley Roby... same deal. A DUI ten days before the draft? If you can't keep your nose clean with this much riding on it, you don't have the intellect I want on my football team. That coupled with inconsistent play your senior year means you're off my board as well...

Seantrell Henderson, you were already off my board because of off the field issues, now you failed a drug test... i would bet 20 teams now won't touch you.

Initial top 10 - 2017 NFL Draft

These are my initial top 10 players in the 2017 NFL Draft. I've got 3 months until my rankings will be finalized so relax if you have huge issues with my grades or rankings at this point because they will likely change. 1.       Myles Garrett – Edge, Texas A&M 96 Simply the best player in this draft class. Garrett is a smooth and electric pass rusher with a bevy of moves and styles. He can lull you to sleep off the line at times and then run through you. His ability to convert speed to power and bulrush is as good as any player I’ve scouted. The reason he’s the best player in this class though is that not only can he be a game wrecker getting after the quarterback, but he is very solid against the run. Garrett can set the edge on first and second down and then make game changing plays on third down. His comparison in the NFL is Von Miller, although I think Miller was a bit more explosive rushing the passer and not quite as good against the run. ...

2020 NFL Player Rankings

NFL PLAYER RATINGS 2020 Every single year Madden comes out with player ratings and it puts everyone up in arms over how their individual guys are rated. You get people upset about their overall rating in the game, speed, cover ability, and everything in between. That said, the game and player’s overall abilities in the game are just simply not accurate enough. I decided that from now on, every year I’m going to build my own player ratings and list them out, giving ratings from 99 down. This isn’t a lifetime achievement award, or how good I think they’ll be in 3 years, this is for this season, without position importance just simply how good of a player each guy is period.
